User Responsibilities

In case of disputes between sellers and buyers (e.g., refunds, defective products), socialcart.co provides sellers with access to Stripe’s tools but does not directly intervene in dispute resolution.

Rights and Intellectual Property

By using the platform, you grant socialcart.co the right to use any content you publish (images, descriptions, etc.) for promotional purposes. You retain intellectual property rights over your creations and products.

All graphical elements, logos, texts, and features of socialcart.co are protected by copyright and are the exclusive property of socialcart.co. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

Account Termination

Users may request the deletion of their account by emailing support@socialcart.co. Deletion will be handled manually by the socialcart.co team and may take several days. Account data will be permanently deleted.
