What can I sell on SocialCart?

Physical products and custom commissions. Anything you can ship.

How much does it really cost?

Free plan: 5% commission on sales. Pro plan: 0% commission. In both cases, Stripe charges its standard payment fees (around 1.5% + €0.25 depending on the country).

How long until I'm live?

About 5 minutes: create your account, connect Stripe, add your products, hit publish. No credit card required to start.

Do I need a company to sell here?

No. You can start as an individual creator (subject to Stripe's requirements in your country), then add a company from your settings whenever you're ready — without losing your data.

How does checkout work for my customers?

Hosted by Stripe. Customers can pay with cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, SEPA or Klarna depending on the country — across 30+ markets.

When do I receive the money from my sales?

Payout timing follows Stripe's standard schedule, usually about a week after each sale. SocialCart never holds your money.

Who handles deliveries?

You handle shipping with the carrier of your choice. SocialCart stays out of logistics.

What about returns and refunds?

Refunds are triggered from your dashboard in one click, processed by Stripe. The physical return stays between you and your customer.

Yes. Stripe accepts payments from 30+ countries. Your shop runs in a single currency you choose from your settings (EUR, USD, GBP and more).

You. SocialCart records your sales totals, but VAT calculation, collection and reporting stay your responsibility — same as any e-commerce site.
